This week, we have added some more scratch basics, plus some extra goodies for our stockpile. You might notice that the list doubles the milk purchase but doesn’t add more dairy products. That’s because now, you’re going to learn to make your own yogurt and cottage cheese. (Find directions in the recipe section.)
